“Best Workout EVER!“
GoForIt Kickboxing offers the best workout I’ve ever had. I’ve tried everything from spending hours on cardio machines at the gym to taking group classes like Spin and Zumba but nothing has left me as satisfied as GoForIt Kickboxing has. I’ve been going to classes for almost 9 months now and every class is different. The first half of the class is like bootcamp and while it’s difficult, it is absolutely worth every second. If the moves are too hard, students are free to go at their own pace but the teachers are always there to convince you that you’re capable of doing even more than you think you can. The instructor keeps everyone motivated while making us laugh. After the bootcamp portion, we get to release our stresses on the punching bag with a series of different punches and kicks in each class. I am so much stronger, physically and mentally because of these kickboxing classes and I have seen results. When pairing healthy eating with GoForIt Kickboxing classes, I was able to drop 10 pounds over the course of four weeks and the instructor was there to guide me through it by offering motivational talks and opening my eyes to the importance of living a healthier lifestyle. The staff and my fellow-classmates are kind, helpful and encouraging. I would recommend GoForIt Kickboxing classes to anyone who is looking for a fun, worthwhile workout that actually gives you results and keeps you motivated to keep coming back for more.
