“I Was AFRAID…“
After many years of working and attending college full time and enduring life’s stresses, I put on weight that I hadn’t noticed until I reached my breaking point of 300 lbs. I knew I had to change something and I began on a journey of educating myself health wise. I had always wanted to learn kickboxing but feared doing it alone.
I got over that fear the day I walked into GoForIt Kickboxing over a year and a half ago, and was welcomed by the amazing instructors, who challenged me physically and educated me from food and nutrition to circuit training and technique.
I not only lost weight, but I built the endurance that I needed to help me succeed in other aspects of my life. The instructors are motivating, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to get over my fear and attend the classes! To this day I have lost 80 lbs and I’m still going! I absolutely love GoForIt Kickboxing!
